Thoughts in this find? Plumb bob? Is it plumb aus or plumb laus?

Soldering Iron Head 16ounce probably used with a kerosene blow torch. Plumb is an old reference to lead. AUS = Australia. CAUS = Lead Poision

Soldering iron for sure, probably made with copper?

16oz soldering irons were good as they held the heat for a long run of soldering. Very popular with roofers, didn't have to come to ground so often.
