I had no qualms about knocking down feral animals when
I went shooting.
Painlessly and I would take ages to ensure that a shot was placed properly.
And the caliber of the gun was suitable for the job at hand.
Sorry but have you ever seen what a 243 does to a feral cat. ???
Yep, No more deer for miles around but the feral moggie was dealt
with.

Heck, We even own a bloody crazy lazy mixed up cat but
to go do some thing to an animal that has been taught to
trust a human and just not give a rats arse to them really
puts me in a tight place as to whether I am normal
or belong to a race of animals that are capable of inflicting so
much pain really gets me pi55ed off.

All the horse's were probably doing was looking for a treat or a pat.
