Pilonidal sinus or a perianal abscess. Neither are fun but 2 different things.

Endone - whoa back there big fella or you'll be crapping a mortein can. Plenty of water, fruit, etc. Coloxyl and Nulax are pretty good if you need something extra.

And as always, take advice from the Internet with a proverbial grain of salt

Yep, that endone nearly seen my mother off ,..... if it wasn't for the $1000 she spent on colonic irrigations to save herself, she just wouldn't be here at all , it had solidified in her bowl and needed the colonic combined with stomach massage on repeated days to clear it fully.

Thanks for the heads up guys.
I am only taking them as needed not as proscribed.
I've got other meds to help keep me unblock.
And a high fiber diet to go with.

Nah. Staying off tha pain meds. Only taking 1 if I really need to.
Today is the first day that I don't feel like a midget isn't following me around with a teki torch, randomly holding it up to my freckle.

I had a section of bowel removed last year. I was given endone at the hospital and still remember "floating" around the ward.
Oh, I also had a catheter inserted into my "old fella" during the surgery. There was a rather cute asian nurse who visited me on the hour during the night shifts. And on each visit she seemed to take a peculiar delight in giving my catheter a jiggle (at least I think it was the catheter she jiggled, I was too sore to sit up and see).
