There is a local fossicking area which is only 5 min drive from me, will be going down there once I got setup and license ready.. I'm more interested at the moment of what's on the property hopefully I can learn a bit from my curiosity which will help for out in action, more ground and soil research then I should be sure I have the bed of a old river here.. The only part left with water is right in the middle, which is a weird sort of Creek that doesn't flow hard to explain.. I'll get some picture tomorrow so it's a bit more understandable for others too see the land.

Cheers

is it just me, or do none of the pictures work?

I've had issues with picture's not loading, so they don't display.. Could be a issue on your side?

I like your design mate, especially how the water jets and fluidising area are set up. It should initially separate the heavies out well, I think. Then it's just a matter of the right riffles/mats and water flow to grab the gold while clearing the lights.
If you had a GMT detector, you could find the blacksands on your patch-that would be a good place to dig out some samples.

Drop a few steel BBs in your mix and see if they pan out. If the BBs stay caught, so should your gold. ?
