It's hot off the press and i'm looking forward to starting it tonight. Monte Dwyers webpage highlights a few books i reckon might be worth a look. Will be great off the back of Dave Wrights accounts.
I read in the paper you can buy it in Cairns from Collins in Smithfield or from Coolwaters Holiday Park/Elva's cafe where i got one for 20bucks.
