Starting out

Hi all,
I have no real experience with mining however I do want to lease or purchase land with Au and Ag. Can anyone recommend an agent as i've had some try to push 1g/ton Au.

I'm in no rush as I would like to work it in around 5 years time.

any one thought of using a concrete mixer for a wet sifter, Ideal way to clear large areas of river sand and small rocks
