Absolutely f.$7ing magnificent Shaker. I don’t actually have a lot on my bucket list but the southern and northern lights are definitely on there!

Fantastic. It is already starting in Esperance. It was 30 odd years ago when I saw it like this.

Even heavy light polluted Melbourne saw the southern aurora borealis. More to come with some luck. Best I've seen.

Sitting out at what I hope is a good vantage point, hoping for a light show.

Shaker and Bjay, when the lights start do they happen all of a sudden or does it slowly build over 30 minutes or ????

Well you never really know.
Mate you should have been up Hotham last night . Would have got a good show up there if say’s was clear. Haven’t seen anything here yet. That can change by the minute.

Aurora sightings have been reported from Mackay and the Keppel Coast!
Here in WA, it's been seen as far north as Karratha.

Also seen at Ayres Rock and Frazer Island.... There should be more coming as the Sun shot out some more big Solar Flares today... A lot of pics that have come in can't be seen with the naked eye, but show up with a phone camera or just a camera...
We have too much light here and mountains to the south...

I think these might have something to do with the non-launch of a Rocket in Australia.... Still no info up about it... But SpaceX is still launching...
