Hi all :Y: Got out for an early am beach hunt this morning.Put about 4 hours in and was pretty slow,think someone beat me to it But they left some treasure for me

Could the ring have an insert maybe, 14 ct base ring with 18ct insert 8)
Unless the Romance 584 is a design number maybe in 18ct gold

I think 585 is 14k, but yeah sometimes it will be one number difference.

A ring I found once was stamped 957, 23k gold is mostly stamped 958 but I also found that 957 is 23k as well, I did a specific gravity test and it worked out exactly for 23k gold, was just over 18sg

When in doubt do an SG test.

It should be 18k gold, it looks like 18k colour to me.

I'm with you on that KTM, called in there a month ago with the six inch coil and still gave up after an hour. You've got some stamina Rockhound.
