Sherpa warranty

While I was in Queensland last year I visited the Sherpa warehouse in Brisbane and bought an expensive 24V 10cfm Big Air air compressor. It died a couple of weeks back. I found it had blown a 60A fuse in the battery cable but once connected it was semi-seized and made a lot of noise.

When I got home I entered an inquiry on the Sherpa website including a video and received a prompt response. They stated that it was very unusual for one of these compressors to fail and immediately sent me a replacement by fast freight.
