Rockerbox With Hand Operated Bilge Pump

Hi troops, just following the rocker box project, I made one several years ago along the lines of one I saw made by a Qld prospector. I have since added a spray bar to it & run by a 12 battery connected to a bilge pump, but connected it with 1/2" hose to keep the flow rate down. I guess it's legal, re; powered tool??

Whoops, forgot that bit, I'm Vic based & don't take out of the state so reckon I'm kosher, in fact I don't reckon I'l get out of Melbourne any time soon let alone the state!!! But it does the job & is easy to work. o'c
