RAVENSWOOD World premier.

Heading down the freeway to Fox studios today to attend the world premier of Ravenswood. It is an Independent, Australian made movie starring a good friend of ours. The movie was made with no distributor or expectations of being released but after winning a couple of awards in film festivals it is being released today.
Going to be different seeing our friend on the big screen. He is the guy holding a torch in the pics in this link...

Thats great Ramjet,

Its pretty cool when you have someone close in films.

My brother had a part in the "Thin Red Line" filmed part of it in Port Douglas - he got to meet Woody Harrelson, Nick Nolte, Sean Penn and a couple others.

Got to sit around for a few days in a marquee eating and drinking

His part was a screamer, he had to run from a bomb blast towards the camera and dive on the ground screaming. He had trouble with intensity so Nick Nolte advised to him, the best way to get the realism is to think a person who is very close to your heart and picture them in the worst possible scenario while you scream. After this he was nicknamed the little screamer.

There were 3 parts casted unfortunately his didnt get cut into the film.

Still cool though because he got to play basketball with Woody at the resort.

And he got paid a lot for the 3 days.
