I bought a 400mm long flat screwdriver from Supercheap. Heated and flattened the end a bit more then heated and bent the sides in a bit as well as bending the end at right angles. it is fairly tough steel and it will reach 400mm down as i cut the same amount off the handle as the right angle bend.
