Too late, that beach has to be the most Detected beach in Australia besides Bondi Beach... Every morning and arvo there are at least 5 Detectors working it...

There was even a fellow (ex-council employee) Last year, who kept his uniform and would tell detector operators that what they were doing was illegal and pack up now and leave or you will be fined.. Half an hour later, he would appear in different clothes with a detector and had the whole place to himself.... Till some-one recognised him and called the Police... He was charged with impersonating a Council Officer and was fined $2000 in Court... The lengths some go for a few $$$...
There is also a tractor powered Sieve that works the beach daily to remove bottles, cans, syringes and larger items left behind by caring People...

Myself and a few other NZ army members working from an Australian sub, somewhere in the South Pacific. Early '90's.

With the forecast being pretty crappy after tomorrow, it was a bit of a rush to get here tonight and conditions were perfect. Well, it could have been a little bit warmer but there was no wind and the sky was clear.

This is Barry's Rock near Melville Caves, fresh out of the camera ... and Photoshop.

What about sharing a high res version?
Understand if you don't wish to.
It really is a brilliant pic.
