Panning in Buckland River

Hi all,

I’m currently staying in Bright, and a prospector a few weeks ago recommended the Buckland river for panning. I’ve noticed it’s on the list of exempt rivers, but is there a specific section of the river that is allowed? For example, like Reedy creek is illegal to prospect except for in the Chiltern park, is there an exemption like this for somewhere on the Buckland?

Or can you recommend somewhere near Bright that we are allowed to pan? Would greatly appreciate it!
