Other costs of a small Prospecting lease

I see a few interesting little leases for sale in WA. Less than 8000. They quote rent as only about 100 per year. Is that all ? Seems too good to be true ?

200 hectare lease will set you back approximately $700.00+ for rent & rates and the shire doesn't even pick up your bins. :lol:

I am starting to see why so many are for sale. I have a great empty residential block in mareeba I wanted to build on but am down south for family commitments I have to pay a garbage levy on top of the normal rates. Apparently it's not because I never use the dump it's because I can use the dump. You should put a bin out the front of the isolated lease and demand they pick it up nightjar layful:
