He is a bit out there for sure, but his passion is unmistakable. Watched a couple of videos with him just talking and he does have some interesting views. I would not discount the possibility of him winning. Most local elections only need a few hundred votes to get in, as most voters don't vote local elections. Would be a bit of fun but personally don't think he will get there.
