One million ounces

I was having a few sherbets with my son today and he showed me a photo of himself taken at the gold mine he works at near Bendigo. He was holding a gold brick that brought the company's total gold recovery to 1 million ounces. They had the ingot on the table with security standing by but the workers were allowed to hold the ingot and have their pics taken with it. Very impressive indeed.

Yeah, it's on his mobile so i'll get him to send it through and post it up. Bloody amazing to look at, he couldn't believe how much it weighed when he picked it up.

Mrs dwt works out there also mate, she had her pic taken with the ingot, a picture of the ingot made the front page of the Bendigo Advertiser, two of the lads in the pic I used to work with from my days out there

That is a very large sized ingot, at least it would be huge if called a bar.
