On This Day In 1966, Australia switched to decimal currency 
To the tune of Click goes the Shears with Mr. Dollar. Mum gave me a shilling so i good get the new currency on that day. I got a 5 cent, two 2 cents and a 1 cent. If you had a sixpence to exchange you got ripped off by 1 cent in the exchange. Been getting ripped off ever since
