A terrible day.... I was in my mid thirties at the time and from Glenelg where I lived you could not see the Adelaide hills for the red dust in the morning. By that night the hills were obliterated by the fire that followed. :fire:

I still remember how beautiful that area was before it was destroyed.

Yes I remember a few months prior to that they had a few short films as a test run on the Graeme Kennedy Show. Awaited with baited breathe to see them. One was a penguin in the Antarctic and the other a nun reading a newspaper. :awful:
