Myself and my wife have left the house and kids (adult) behind on the gold coast to travel this great country with an open ended time frame. Being a coastie all my life, we are discovering for the first time how beautiful the country areas really are. On our travels so far we have met some really interesting characters, and some discussions with these people have really triggered my interest in prospecting. As a total beginner I'm hoping to learn more about what's out there and how to recognise what's of value.we now look at this remote areas through a new set of eyes.
