Been wanting to start this thread for a while and I finally got the pictures to upload. :)

I discovered some good old Aussie history with some tips from my father , I dug through the old shed and sure enough there she was , my great grandfathers rocker box :D .
It was used by him between 1903 and 1940 roughly and the story goes he had enough little chunky bits to rattle in his jars. No real record of what he found or if he sold much , I was over the moon to drag it out and check it out ................ IT REALY IS GOLD TO ME !! :D

I hope more of the forum members have some relic photos and post them up as good old Aussie history is almost as good as the specks of color in a pan. :)

Haha, my cat loves a scrap, he would see another cat & just run for it & attack, I keep him inside now, he was a feral farm kitten we rescued, he taught a husky a lesson once, they ended up friends.
Your dogs eyes look cool, is she a Australian cattle dog or similar.

Same as our Fella. Has the memory but no urge.
If any other cat or dog comes near his territory, No holds barred. LOL

Wow now that's a bit of history right there and made to last they don't make them like that anymore that's for sure and to have something your grandfather made and used and to be a piece of history that your also still interested in today is fantastic I'm sure he'd be thrilled to see he has instilled a great hobby like this down to yourself. It look like a quality museum piece you gotta be wrapped in that, thanks for sharing "Aussie"
