Newbie from maryborough

Well my name is corie 28 from maryborough qld. I have been metal detecting for few years now and have always wanted to give gold panning/highbanking. I have built my self my own highbanker and want to put it to the test. Its nothing special. I have got a family fossicking licence as my misses and kids are keen as to give it a go as well. Looking at going to deep creek in gympie. Would be good to meet new people to show us around and give us a bit of a how to smile

I'm over in Mt Gambier SA mate. I try to get across to the golden triangle as much as I can, but it's not as often as I'd like. Planning on a trip over in September for the Ballarat meet. A lot colder down here than sunny Qld.
