Hello everyone.
Retired for quite sometime now.
Have done a little scratching round in the Harts Ranges and Sapphire-area and want to do more but doing this by myself is boring and why I'm here.
Would be nice to have a small group to talk and go away with.
Please point me in the right direction if there is already such a group out of Adelaide or surrounding areas.

Have a caravan but prefer swagging when out there.
Also do a little fishing.

G'day Joe, welcome to the forum. Good to see another crow eater in our midst. There is a strong group of fossickers here in Adelaide. I suggest you have a look at the GMCASA site for details of SA Gem & Mineral clubs & detector groups there is bound to be one in your area.

I'll be going to the Murraylands Gemclub "Rockarama" being held this weekend. It is being held on the Palmer Oval (not far from Mannum) This is a good place to meet fellow fossickers swap & trade or find something worth parting with your cash. The SA metal detecting competition is being held on Sunday. Great prizes including new detectors for those who find the lucky tokens.

Give me a yell if you'd like some intro's
