Just remember if you put it into cancel remember to take it out of cancel so you don't waste the next couple of hours of detecting time until you realise ya mistake :8

good...keep digging.

Most times a large nugget in a deep hole will overload the coil so you can't isolate and pin point it.
By putting it in cancel the coil has to be close to the nugget. No sound? keep digging!

In cancel you can scan around the side walls and bottom isolating the signal to within centimetres.
