Hope you put some nice steel plates on the inside of your 'Tool Boxes' for the fuel containers... Aluminium hates Vibration and the bolts will stress the area around them and pull through.. ...

I didn't to start with but once i looked at it i thought the same thing so yes i plated it mate
We think the same ..... I found a jerry complete with holder off the side of the road one day.. From there on in I plate everything now after finding that...

Its was a 26kg sheet and used about 20kg all up

That aluminium is really good value but you need to shop around. The prices vary greatly. I purchased a couple of sheets off Midalia Steel while buying steel but they were short a couple of sheets so I ducked around the corner to Capral and the saving was so great that I called Midalia from there and asked if they wanted to match the price but they said the couldn't. I bought everything from there and returned the ridiculously expensive aluminium to Midalia for a saving of several hundred dollars.
Wish i could mate small town and only one outlet here that is trustworthy

Have been losing 1 to 1.5 ltr of water per day
Had a mate come down last weeked and he had a look
The EGR has been bypassed and some bits missing altogether
There is NO coolant at all only water (thats one i picked up)
And the first start of the morning it engine locks or hydro lock or after a long run then sitting for an hour it does the same
Took it back to Toyota where i bought it from to get it fixed
They sent it next door to Mazda to do the work
Still not back yet
Thank god i kept the Statesman

I would get an NRMA check when they finish ever if you have to go to the Gong.
