Need my fix

Hi there,

I have several enquiry's I am looking to come over to Australia from the UK to begin prospecting for gold I am potentially looking into buying my own lease but have very little idea on how to go about very much of this at all, if I am being honest I would even consider working for someone as long as it was a fair deal for both parties I would need to get a visa and all that sorted but it is pointless trying to do that when I have no idea what I am doing if I am honest since I can remember my need to do this has been insane but I am just a normal person with no asset's to speak of except for a burning need to do this and an exceptionally hard working ethic in my blood any and all information on anything that could possibly help would be very much appreciated.

Honestly as much information would be awesome I have a real dream of doing this so it is all invaluable.

Thank you as I said anything is handy I have watched and double watched all kinds of tv shows and have spent weeks doing it myself but here in the UK there is ummm a big lack of anything

Here's a link to a thread on here that might help you understand that getting the advice and listening to it takes a bit to get that right when gold fever has hold of the inside back of your brains and holds you on a single track ,.... you can see how it takes a while for things to settle down and even then there can still be a ways to go,........

I think your biggest problem may be the absolute lack of assets myself, as to want to come here and have a mining lease from overseas will have you need to jump through multiple hoops of red tape requiring moooolah a plenty in order to secure what your after first and foremost, not to mention the surety that will be required for the bringing of the site back to nature once you've seperated your eldorado gains from mountains of pristine forest that hasn't yet been converted into national park or some special area set aside to protect the habitat of the never yet seen multi compassed dwarfed Cammo Owl that could in actual fact live anywhere or everywhere.

The thousands of years of modern man through the empire should make the UK a honey hole for historical relics and the key to being a successful prospector is targeting whats in your backyard.

The reallity of prospecting , be it gold , gems , coins or treasure is 90+% of people never recover the value of the equipment and most days out wont even cover lunch let alone the petrol to get there.

I for one have watched the Uk archeology digging shows and they make want to go there and detect. The grass is always greener

I didn't expect to be amused by some of the comments but I have several people looking at me very strange for the random outbursts of laughter it's ok though I will make a funny noise as I pass them and speak to myself in 3rd person but seriously thank you to all I will get on the laptop and research more as much as I can.
