Was way better than anything I could do with Google Earth. Found some early 1900's working that aren't on any map and I doubt have ever had a detector on them. Followed creeks and washes that just don't show detail on G.E. Zoomed right in and hovered over some interesting ground.

Lone Wolf, both R22's have just undergone complete rebuilds to the tune of about $250,000.00 each, the faulty tank problem is long gone.
Silver, like the rest of the ferals, unfortunately the horses have to go.

You could buy a new 22, put it in the shed, wrapped in plastic....12 yrs later, technically, it would need a complete rebuild....

Mate I have chartered a few, one year, I wanted to fly in during the wet so I could put my notice of intention signs up.... O:) ;)
Anyway, trying to find ground I knew so well, from the air, after the rains had turned it green....was a nightmare!!!
I was lost so put down on the wall of a small dam, checking my GPS, I was only 3 ks away, but didnt even know that the little dam was there!!!
Totally differant perspective!

Damn pity about the horses, they look truly magnificent :(

Yep a real shame, some fantastic horses amongst them. There are Duns, Palominos, Paints and any number that wouldn't look out of place on Derby day.
Trouble is we are 1000klms from Perth so the logistics of doing anything with them is a nightmare and the only people who'll buy them is pet fooders

Humans are magnificent too , but as a farmer i know how many stock i can run successfully and some countrys really do need to cull , horses, roos wombats , humans ,rabbits or wateva are fine but once the resources cant sustain the impact its time to reduce the population . Its not creul its smart management . :Y:

Wombats are terribly destructive, even when they get mange from the fox's you aren't allowed to legally put them down humanely as they are a protected native animal.
