My first attempt at a Sluice

Sadly it didn't get used today. Couldn't find any water

You can always sieve a bucket of crevicing and use your pump at home to to recirculate through the sluice. At least your days not wasted.

Good idea will grab some dirt in the morning than

There are limits though so check your fossicking regs first or take water to the creek and recirculate.

Nope could only find a tiny pool at the blow hole. Unless I went to the totally wrong spots.

Checked from Tipperary Springs up to the blow hole.

Well I have run a 5ltr bucket worth of dirt from it and have gotten about 10 specs of really fine gold.

So thrilled. Thanks guys.

Just ran the second 5 lts bucket through it and without even cleaning it up yet got a 6 small flakes (2mm) that I was able to suck up off the v grove and 1st ripple.
