more so if you're losing fine heavies,ie,washing out black sand, theres the possibility of tiny gold too.make sure it's catching all the heavy fines on the lower.

the milk crate would work, but the way grizzlies are designed at the angle let all the bigger **** slide off, milk crate you're still gonna have to pick stuff out, unless you cut one side out and angle it? meh. it's looking nice for a homer job though man!

Ran my little toy with my 5yo son for a couple of hours until he fell in the drink. Got a little colour pretty happy. I think I have it nearly figured out. Lol

I'll never forget taking the three little kids out fishing during the 80's in the Ocean Reef marina north of Perth late into the night. We used to sit along the jetty quietly in the dark and enjoy watching the phosphorus light up the water as we pulled the fish in. My young bloke was about 3 or 4 when he fell from the jetty into the darkness below. All we could see was the big glittering pool of water where he was thrashing about. There was no time to go looking for the torch, I just took a dive in after him. Fortunately all three kids were well waterproofed and even at that age he could have easily swam to shore but it was a scary few minutes until we made our way back to the barnacle covered rocks. He didn't even cry but we nearly froze to death and it brought our night's fishing to a premature end :)

Yeah can be pretty scary. I took my eldest daughter surf fishing a couple of years ago and told her to stay back from the crashing waves but of course she didn't listen and had a wave crash on her and start to drag her out. Had to do the old mad dash in and grab her. She was about the same age. Cost me a new phone and wallet. Lol. We had a good laugh about it on the way home.
