More gold from the NSW south coast

I am beginning to like the goldfields near to home. Today my wife generously gave me a day leave pass so headed to a south coast goldfield to a spot I had partially worked. Found the first piece about 0.7 gram quite deep and then the other two by midday. I was surprised I dug a lot less junk (as I had decided to and usually dig everything). The other two pieces were about 0,3 and 0.1 gram. The 0.1 gram nugget was challenging and I nearly abandoned the dig thinking it was ground noise but it soon sharpened up to a definite sound. STill have two other spots earmarked not detected at all!. Another great day swinging the mighty 5000! Willo.
