Sorry Dave, but both are monos, and Australian dealers still know nothing. ALL Australian dealers, even those who pretend to know but are supposedly sworn to secrecy know nothing. (I still get inside information)
The settings certainly are simplified, very much like the GM1000, I was hoping you could still override it and use manual settings but if it handle emi and ground noise better with better target response then it may be a winner.
I kept waiting for it to shut down in the video, couldn't get my eyes off the battery icon flashing, maybe they haven't worked out how to charge it yet
Dave, Dave. 2 grams. 11 what? Nuggets? No no old son. Them's not 'nuggets'. They is 'specks'. You gotta stop listening to birdies. You sure they weren't fairies? That is what gold pans are for, and they are cheap. Not eight grand for Pete's sake.
Sorry Reg, you old blokes got the most of the nuggets back in the 1800s,(did you ever meet Ned Kelly?) yes 11 nearly pickers is what I should have said.
You have to love the improvements in depth that each new detector claims. If you added them up from SD2000 till now you would need a backhoe to dig signals.
What will we do when a gram can be detected at a meter? Might be worth the effort if an ounce is costing $10,000.
Davent - the 11" mono & 14" DD package for Australia makes sense. IMO what you were told is on the money :Y: No inside information here though
All 3 would be even better.
