You should use and learn your 45 on your grounds.
The 4500 manual is available free on line, so wide read it (many times) if you dont have one - and do bury leads as target practice in your fields and you can determine which setting(s) are best for what you want to accomplish .... coil size ground type emi small mullock targeting deep ground woteva..
It is a bit like saying 'C'Ya in 4 .months .

Enhance is a "ground smoothing" timing, whereas Sens Extra is a "full depth" timing. Probably not a lot of difference with small coils on small gold, and actually Enhance can often beat it, but on bigger coils and gram plus gold, Sens Extra has more punch. The 17x13" Evo goes great in Sens Extra but only in milder soil types.
Found this guy in a spot I was working hard with the GPZ and SDC. Was barely a wobble in the threshold, and no signal from Enhance or Normal. Didn't become a normal target signal till I took about 4 inches of dirt off.
