I have a modded GP3000 done by Woody. Could not be happier. I also run a 7000 that was a gift from my father in law. The 3000 with a 17x13 evo on it compares very favourably with the 7000.thefitter said:Hi all, just wondering if anyone has or is using a modded detector ? Please dont answers if your going to bag the business or the owner ,was only wondering how they go

I do this full time.
He was 99 when decided I should have the best technology available. I was 67! He insisted we go to Townsville Prospecting World one day so I could "show" him the 7000. He got me good. When we walked in I was presented with the 7000. He made it to 100 then contracted myeloma and passed away a couple of weeks ago. It was the highlight of his day when I sent back photos of my finds. Then when I got home I would take the gold around for him to see, his happiness was priceless.Perth Tim said:Rockwall said:I have a modded GP3000 done by Woody. Could not be happier.
