Thanks GP. Yes the coil is like swinging a stick. Super sensitive on the tip makes pinpointing easy. High frequency, whole new ballgame. In a word. LOVE it. Cheers.

Ok I googled what to do with found American dog tags. It would seem they remain the property of the US government & I should post them to the White House. Leaves me to question, should I send 1 or both. I would love to keep 1 for my collection. What do you think? Cheers.

Having two matching tags in your collection is definitely better than only one and in view of the huge contribution of materiel that the U.S. just made in Afghanistan I don't think they would miss two itty bitty tags that they didn't know existed in the first place.
