Yes RM she is. I saw Willy in the 70's Festival Hall, Brisbane. Be something wrong if any of the kids were lacking in talent.

Willie Nelson was the first concert I ever went to. He played in Melbourne when I was only about 16 or 17. I went along to see him with a slightly older friend at I think the Melbourne Showgrounds from memory. It would have been around 1979 or 1980? The Bushwackers were the support band and the Hells Angels were security. We managed to get into the bar tent and buy a couple of beers. The night almost ended like that old song "Chug-a-lug" with our foolish young heads tasting ice-cold beer on tap.

It was one hell of a concert for a kid who'd never seen someone perform live before.
