I have the 'warm white' LED downlights in my house ... but I have a bright white LED desk lamp. might have to think about how much i use that!

Over doing it with leds on your vehicle can just be too much in rural areas where there is plenty of large refective road signs, guide posts etc.
The reflective glare gets a bit a much after a while. The skippy 5km up the road you cant see anyhow!
I have found that animals behave/react differently to leds lighting but. Not so stunned. And seem to hop away from the light more so. Spread of beam perhaps.
Two seperate rocker switches for two different styles of leds could be a good choice for some. Distance spotties and spread beam.

I looked at the sun all the time when I was a kid... full on stared until I could see that beautiful orb each and every time I did it too (almost everyday)
