hey guys
, fimished reading the book about this supposed gold find, makes you want to get out there and have a look, is lasseters gold really a dead end though like are there any more clues as to its location just for the sake of an adventure. let me know I would like to know anything

its all an interesting part of Australian history though, im considering a self funded adventure just for a look to prove a point, haha who knows I might stumble upon it just as Lasseter did

Reckon if it did exist then the only chance it still exists is if shifting sands have covered it over until it's time comes to be revealed again.

So ,.... Either give up on it or take a really really big vacuum cleaner with you .

Strange one that, so many different ideas whether or not it exists or existed, I like to think it does, been many stories of riches found and lost through the years
I watched a really interesting documentary about a relative of lasseters, I will see if I can get the name and post it up for anyone interested

"Lasseters bones" is the name of it, directed by Luke Walker, is on Netflix for those who have it, the relative was his son

The frankenfeld article came out in 2007 .

Wouldn't even basic surveys give him instant finance to commence mining ?

Perhaps just propaganda of the day to insite the sideliners to get out n look wherever they were ,... 1929-30 , makes you wonder how much gold was found during the years from then to before 1936 to help fund WW2 ? 8)
