LOL
I always try to start with a HEADLINE, blame the Newspapers for it.
So this weekend I have kicked the Wife and Kato - Miss 14yrs, out of home and into a tent.
Only 10 minutes from home, inner city camping, AND I had to put up the tent with assistance from Miss 9yrs, before they got there.
Powered site, showers, camp kitchen, swimming pool - bloody luxury camping.
Tent up, air mattresses, sleeping bags, 45L camp fridge and even a convection oil heater if it gets really cold tonight O
Fridge full of Iced Coffee for Kato, and cinnamon donuts for both.
Made them plan and pack the rest of their crap, no coming home if they miss something.
They are off to my wife's very first 'Mummy daughter glam camp' together, the wife was getting excited about it last night, as it has never been
done yet by her.
The purpose is Mum be close to Kato, and for them to spend some personal quality time, doing girly stuff together, shopping ,
makeup, coffee, cake, eat out, explore, breathe a bit with no stress.
It's going to be interesting.
I have said before that I do these trips with my girls individually, last one to Victor Harbour, Miss 8yrs is still talking about it from a Jan '19 trip with her,
so it is worth it for those special memories.
Hope the Wife gets the same results, I'm sure that there will be an interesting debrief - LOL
