Just killing sometime,and having a go at gold panning.

Hello to all.I will soon be between house sits,and I have as yet 6 weeks to burn.I intend to stay at Clarmont in Central QLD for 1 week.I will to buy a gold pan,get some advice,go panning,relaxing,and hopefully finding a little yellow.Hopefully with some more knowledge,I will continue to pan for a few more weeks.Advice please

Welcome to the forum Ryan, You just never know, once you get that first gold pan you may find yourself hooked on a new adventure. Remember not to go into this hobby with "dollar" signs in your mind, as to do so will see you soon lose interest and enthusiasm.

Read the forum posts and look at the "Big Picture", only then will you appreciate the life of a prospector....and remember, the more involved you get the more appreciation you will achieve.
