I'm after a jeweller that can melt 3 rings ?

Why do you want to melt 3 rings? if there melted together the carat wont be Identifiable...
Smaller jeweler's should be able to, but you might need to send it to a refiner if your just after a gold ingot, needs to be hallmarked after refining.

They`re all 18k rings, Im thinking to make 2 rings ......

A local jewellery maker/designer would be the go, if you were really keen ring the local Tafe and see the teacher.
If he can't help, he'd know who the best for the job would be

There's plenty of them around but you'll have to take your design to them to see if they can handle it.
Next time your going past a small jewelers poke your head in and have a chat and see.

To do that design would probably have to go through the designers name, I don't think another jeweler would do it, possibly patent design
Draw it up on paper with some measurements and slightly change it and it shouldn't be a problem
I'm not a jeweler so not %100 percent sure.
Nice rings though
Email the designer and ask for a quote on that style with your gold
