Thought IQ tests went out ages ago ..... replaced by just hiring Masters Degree candidates.

Briggs Meyers personality tests and ra ra role playing "retreats" were the rage about 10 years before I retired.

In logistics promotional ability (with Finemores) gave way to Degrees/personalites (after Toll takover with ex TNT management).

Common sense isn't worth much these days.

Geez, the conference rooms I went into in the military had little boxes n keys outside, no phones allowed. My workplace was shielded, so calls in went to message bank and I had to go outside to make a call.

The smartest and most talented spray painters Ive worked with are the dumbest *un*s alive.... Someone with a high IQ wouldnt even be on he same page as these blokes in doing the same work. The IQ metric isnt exactally the only metric to work out someones smarts
