Partner and I bonded over our shared love of rock collecting. This year we decided to start prospecting and we're very excited. We've done (alot but not all of) our research, bought (the majority) of our equipment and started plotting our adventures.

I've been reading up on the XTerra 705 (the model we purchased) and am really looking forward to taking it out field. We've been practicing with my jewelry and coins in the garden and having a blast!

Welcome Princess . The 705 is one of the best detectors to learn on. Spend a lot of time practicing in the field and get to know u settings on prospecting mode and all metal that takes a lot of time to get perfect .Different ground different settings
