Been watching a drilling rig carefully near by to see what they blowout. Lots of cement powder like dirt with quartz, iron stone, clear quartz or maybe topaz and pyrite.

just wondering if it's unusual to find this together ? Could there be any gold down there ?

Wondering how long it would be before some one noticed that bit. Good eyes silver 8) there are more bits like that one ;)

Were they just drilling for water ? :p
or(better yet), for putting up telephone poles ?
:p :p
Don't actually answer these questions though as someone could use it to do their homework and mow your grass (so to speak).

Im most likely wrong but some of that looks like Silver pyrite?
The pyrites which is mostly cubic ranges from a brilliant shiny gold colour, reddish coppery, silver to dull iron colour. Further away where this deposit is closer to the surface there is a mixture of quartz, black crystals ( which a PA member previously pointed out was likely decomposed pyrite ) and quartz riddled with a rusty oxide thats probably also decomposed pyrites similar to whats you see at Mount Morgan ( my guess only ). There are some very old shafts and test pits about 1 km away on this line.
