INfo on prospecting sites

Hi all very new to this looking at 2 sights but know nothing about them

it will be my first outing, any info would be greatly received

Glenalbyn forest campground
or
tunnel hill bushland reserve

and if anyone has a different location worth a newbie look, please advise

Gold if possible using a EQUINOX 900 also should i use the large or small coil
