I spent the day up there a couple of weeks ago with my brother & although we only found a couple of flakes we had a good time. I spent about half the time up there collecting other people's rubbish which sucked & there were a lot of unfilled holes at the base of the banks. I thought we were supposed to fill our holes but I'm new to this and wasn't sure what the protocol is. ( They weren't overhangs )
Was going to head back this Saturday weather & work permitting but might stay clear of the creek and dig a big hole up on the flats.

Im forever filling metal detector holes....there.
I got two bags of rubbish last time . No reason why they couldnt take there ***** with them.
Aint that far to the bin....
I will be real nasty next time i go down and find same mother/redbull cans...if it gives you wings just fly to the bin and back...

Usually not locals, as they care more,... but ya can't rule them out either,.. I've seen some lazy people before, some of them even leave their rubbish on the ground beside a bin.
maybe they had their hands full of gold.
Still no excuse for them at all.
When will they ever learn ? (it's such a perplexing question really).
Could leave them a full one with chillie rubbed on the mouth bit,... but then that is a pretty nasty thought(I shouldn't go there).
