I've done my knee. Waiting to see what's going on with it.☹️ No detecting for me for a while by the looks of things.
I was heading West in the middle of April to pick up my 2nd hand Z and spend a month detecting but just had CT scans and waiting for a biopsy so I know the feeling, but I'll be heading off straight after that, if they need to do anything to me it can wait until I get home 🏡 👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏾👍

Prolapsed discs in back, knees like jelly plus a few other ailments collected along the path of life ..................................... to quote Shawshank, you can get on living or get on dying. As they say, if it doesn't kill ya will only make you stronger 😂🤣🤣🤣

Lol..yeah ok. When you figure out how to use a detector whilst using crutches or a walking stick make sure to post up a vid or something helpful like that.

We have a friend who has scoliosis from birth and walks with a frame, two legs and two wheels with a fold out seat. For many years she detected with the SDC2300 shuffling the frame along as see went. She gave up detecting last year but still goes on prospecting trips with her very devoted husband.

well yesterday I didnt get zip. So my new NF 12x8 Evo is still a virgin. Used it most of the day, got plenty of boot tacks. Seems a sensitive little coil, howles like a dog standing on a prickle. Off to give it a crack at another spot this morning..

good luck there Dog Ranger... that oughta keep ya busy

Well could be a profitable day as when I finish welding all the dozer blade slivers back together I could probably sell them back a complete blade 😳😂
About all i found was where the flintstones lived 🤭
Will see how I go today as will run the walls of the cuttings 👍 Good hunting to you also

I know how you feel. I have one on my 4500 that I bought 2nd hand and I have a skid plate on it, which I hope doesn't affect the sensitivity too much. I have only found 1 tiny bit of gold encased in some ironstone which I reckon is what set it off in the first place. Nothing but bullet casings and rusty iron. Thought I had the settings wrong but i actually found a lead pellet about an inch down, so I can't be too far off. Think I should call my coil a RF for Rust Finder.

Was out at Western Creek yesterday and the scratchers are already rolling in and setting up camp for Easter. o_O
