Wish list? Grab three mates, two vehicles set up, quad bikes, tow coils, detectors etc etc and do over all our old spots like the good old days (and some new ones) in WA during March - September. We often plan this but life keeps getting in the way now we are all a lot older.

Reality? I would not leave the central vic goldfields. Start at Wedderburn and work my way south and do all of the out of the way places I just never seem to get to.

Would depend a lot on whether the six months covered the Winter months or Summer months. Would make a big difference on whether you went North or South.

I want hot, boiling weather kicking down me in a serious WA location and hurting me, then finding a place where I start finding good nuggets and they keep getting better. Each week I find an ounce or three and then every week I get a 5oz sunbaker. Give me 6 months of that and ill be a better man!
