Big and fake. Essentially a Limo with a big motor (ofcourse) so you can go some of the places a regular limo can but most importantly get there really fast at the posted speed limit. Also the rapid acceleration would enable all the food and drink spillage you could ever dream of. It's an ingenius feat of engineering.
