I have a confession

I'll start out saying I have loved this place.
I have met a few guys here I really do call friends, some of you I have never met.
But I can't sit by and watch some of the things I read and see go on.
I want to say so much more. I don't think I'm alone. Not in the slightest. I'm going to spend some time cleaning out my closet tonight. After that I'm saying goodbye.

I will miss being here. I feel like I've been a ghost for too long. And it feels like it's turning into a ghost town. People (not just me) feel like they can't post anymore.

So a quick vent which is sad way to end. I'm tired of posts being modded. Not all of them. No warnings, just removed. I have had a good friend banned. Again no personal warning. And maybe Panda had it coming. But this is not new. Around the time meta went to jail. Sure it may have been warranted but after that there was a clear direction, a path that was set down. And we can't go back. The enforcement of the slightest infraction has and will continue to happen. There comes a point where no oxygen is left to breathe in.

Now there's no nugget, no WalnLiz, no meta, no loamer. No Digger dude, no Balx. No HTY. Clearly this not coincidence. But I am not in this caliber. I'm still learning.

You have one mod in particular that is both a hypocrite and a divider. I am not alone.
You have a shiteposter of the highest order I cannot stand.
And then you have everyone else. I'm willing to bet this gets me banned, gets modded or both. But I'm done pretending there's not an elephant in the room and now I've got it off my chest.
Finally golddigg@ dwt, meta, Digger Tom, elbowgrease, 20x water, Tathradj and probably others have my number. I'd start with contacting the first two if anyone wants to catch up out there in the gold field.

GT, mate what specific posts needed a warning and why do people feel like they can't post anymore? There are reasons stuff has to be moderated or a lot of threads on here would end up so far off topic it wouldn't have any resemblance to the thread that was started in the first place.

I've had stuff I've said in the past just vanish for whatever reason too and I'm cool with it, no warning either, I didn't really need or expect a reason. Now being a mod here I realise how much time it can take cleaning up threads and trying to keep the peace. We don't get paid, we don't expect to get paid and it can take quite a bit of time out of our day when some members want to have a blue or harass each other or stir and troll.

I'm hoping you'll reconsider leaving.

A lot of people I know just haven't posted here recently as they are busy with other pursuits in life.

Anyway if you do leave, all the best with the future, if you decide to hang around it would be great.

wtf, im confused, so far ive only ever seen a few nasty comments between a couple of posters who obviously dont get on but all in all its been very interesting and informative reading,i find im usually the one on other forums who gets in trouble cause people these days need a sarcasm emoticon as im old school sarcastic in a friendly banter sort of way and get missunderstood sometimes when im trying to take the piss , now i dont have a clue who to watch out for as your complaint is so widespread with no specifics,
anyway hope you change your mind and just shout at the particular individual who's upset you and then its done
