I cant find a local office to obtain a permit NSW

With the Wauchope office all they wanted was my name, car rego no, address and the dough.... And all done without a form... Simply wrote the info on a piece of paper and sent it off with the dough... It is clear nobody knows what they are doing with these permits... It appears the dubbo office is the best one to use...

I guess aslong as you get your little bit of papper that shows your trying to do the right thing, thats all that matters
